The service

MoonNest is a bedtime-story app for families: original stories, optional narration in your recorded voice, and optional personalized stories starring your child. By using MoonNest you agree to these terms.

Accounts

One account per adult; you're responsible for activity under it. Areas involving purchases, recordings and uploads are gated for parents only.

Subscriptions & credits

Subscriptions and credits are billed via your Apple ID; prices are shown in the app before you purchase. You can cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store settings. Credits have no cash value and expire with account deletion.

Your content

Photos and voice recordings remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the features you request. You must only record your own voice, and only upload photos you have the right to share.

Our content

Stories, artwork, music and the app itself are ours or our licensors'. They are for personal, non-commercial family use only; printable packs are for your household.

Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempts to identify other users, and no unlawful content or use.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
